The Purchase department is part of Zuidberg Services, which contains the Departments Quality, Logistics, Personell and Finance as well. The Purchase department is responsible for all direct and indirect production means. |

A larger part of all components is produced by ourselves. The Zuidberg production plants have an advanced machine park to their disposal where the following activities take place: Turning, machining, sandblasting, grinding, bending, welding, painting and assembling. |

All production facilities must be settled within a radius of 2000km around our company for a quick availability of the goods. |
Expectations:

The General Purchase Conditions of the Zuidberg Group of Companies apply to all requests, offers and orders for the provision of goods and services. The Supplier’s general conditions are expressly declared inapplicable.

All Suppliers must be ISO certificated.

Delivery in accordance with the Zuidberg technical and functional specifications, quality demands. This means delivery of high qualified products against the lowest possible costs. |

Supplier must be able to deliver according logistical principals such as two-bin, call off and/ or rolling forecast.

Excellent delivery performance of delivery time and requested quantities. This performance will be measured and reprimanded in case of a bad delivery performance.

Supplier must contribute to an improvement on areas of quality, logistics and financial results.

Suppliers must have the technical knowledge of their products and they must be an equal discussion partners for our R&D department. They might be involved in the design phase in order to be able to offer a high qualified product for a competitive price.

They will not use child labour. |
Exchange of confidential information:

All drawings and information must be treated confidentially and may only be corresponded with third parties in case of explicit approval by Zuidberg. |
