Acquisition of the activities of Westtrack BV by Zuidberg Tracks BV

- It is our pleasure to inform you that, as of 3 October 2011, Zuidberg Tracks BV will take over the activities of Westtrack BV located at Dussen. Under the brand name of Zuidberg-Westtrack, Zuidberg Tracks BV will carry out production, development, sales and service of track systems for tractors, self-propelled harvesters and towed machinery. Zuidberg Tracks BV is a part of Zuidberg Techniek Holding BV and is located at the main site in Ens.
The Easy Float is a control device for the Zuidberg front linkage, suitable for the activities by which a correct contour following and lowering of the ground pressure of the implement is important.
Using the Easy Float on your Zuidberg front linkage leads to a better result of your activities and lower machine costs.
The latest innovation from Zuidberg Frontline Systems B.V. is the Electronic Frontlift Control Plus (EFC+).
This is a fully electronic linkage control with many advantages. EFC+ allows the setting of the minimum and
maximum lifting height with the touch of a button. If the implement is placed in the working position or tranport
position, the PTO can be switched on or off automatically. Besides that you can easily adjust and use the pressure aggression or pressure relief.
Since you are one of our business-relations of Trading Company Trac-Line B.V., we would like to inform you about the change of name of our company. From now on we will continue our sales, purchase, engineering, service and after-sales activities as Zuidberg Frontline Systems B.V.
The reason for the change of name from Trac-Line B.V. to Zuidberg Frontline Systems B.V. is the better recognition of the name Zuidberg in the market. Besides, it will clarify our organizational structure.
Our adresses, bank and chamber of commerce data will remain the same. Any outstanding contracts of Trading Company TracLine will be taken over by Zuidberg Frontline Systems.
Except for the change of name and the new fresh corporate identity there has been no change in management and we will provide the same service and working methods.

John Deere 3120-3320-3520-3720 *TYPE UPDATE*

For the John Deere 3120-3320-3520-3720 Serie, Zuidberg has added a range of frontlinkage products in the assortment.
The Zuidberg municipal frame has been constructed according the French norm and the DIN-norm (Deutsche Industrie Norm) A, B, F1 and F2 and can be used within Zuidberg front linkages (13kN till 50kN) if those are equipped with a cast iron lifting frame. However, it is not possible to use the municipal frame in combination with the integrated front linkage on New Holland M-60 and TM-series and Case MXM-series.
Zuidberg Transmissions BV is going to expand. In October 2009 the first activities for the new Transmissions production facility have been started. With a size of 4500m² it will be more than double the size as the present Transmission production facility. According plan the new facility should be ready in June 2010 and will employ an additional 4-10 people.
Kubota M108S

For the Kubota M108S, Zuidberg has added a range of frontlinkage products in the assortment.
Adapter plate 900 kg. Zuidberg front weight (5-5-2008)
With this adapter plate it is possible to attach a 900kg. Zuidberg front weight to the front axle carrier of a John Deere tractor.
The adapter will fit following John Deere models: complete 5000, 6000, 7000 en 8000 series.
Electronic Frontlift Control (14-04-2008)
Zuidberg has added the Electronic Frontlift Control to the range of frontlinkage products.
For the CNH T7000 series, Zuidberg has added a range of frontlinkage products in the assortment.

New Holland T6000 / Case Maxxum

For the CNH T6000/Maxxum series, Zuidberg has added a range of frontlinkage products in the assortment.
This lowering speed adjustment kit can adjust the lowering speed of the linkage. This kit has been designed for a direct connection to the multi-valve but is also standard suitable for a 12mm pipe connection. When the multi-valve is positioned for single acting, you can adjust the oil flow with the blue button and thus the lowering of the linkage.
This municipal frame is produced according the DIN (Deutche Industrie Norm) A and B standard. You can fit this frame easy direct in a Zuidberg 28kN and 35kN and now as well on a 50 kN iron casting base frame of the front linkage, however not suitable for the integrated linkage for the NH M- and TM-series and for the Case MXM.
Thus a quick changing from front-linkage to a tight municipal frame (and visa versa) is easy made. As you can see from the pictures below the municipal frame is short and direct placed on the base frame. This assures stability and strength.

look into the mounting instructions of the concerned linkage and/or PTO.
From the screen where the partslist is shown, you can open the mounting instruction by clicking the M-icon.
The instructions are composed from general and tractor-specific files. You can open each file one-by-one to obtain
your required information.

TRAC-ON-LINE (1 februari 2006)
From the beginning of February 2006 every Zuidberg dealer or importer will have access to Trac-On-Line, a secured part of our website. On this site the history of the ordered items complete with part list information can be viewed and also printed.
A personal username in combination with a unique password guarantees that only items which have been delivered to the logged-in dealer or importer are shown. After entering the serial number of the delivered machine (or order number), the article structure including parts list and drawings will be shown on the screen.
New Website (1 februari 2006)
